Grab your Nichirin blades, members of the Demon Slayer Corps. It’s time to learn from the best and prepare for the impending fight with the King of Demons, Muzan Kibutsuji. Yes, it is time, as ufotable finally announced that Demon Slayer Hashira Traning Arc aka Season 4 will premiere in May 2024.
The studio shared the news during the fifth-anniversary celebration stream for the Demon Slayer anime series. The release date for the Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc premiere is May 12, 2024.
The announcement follows the recent theatrical release of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba To the Hashira Training movie. It comprised the Swordsmith Village arc finale recap and the first episode of the upcoming Hashira Traning Arc.
So, fans who have already watched the movie in theaters will know that the first episode will be a one-hour special, as also confirmed via an official blog post. A new trailer has also been released to hype the upcoming season, featuring the opening theme song, i.e. “Mugen” (Dreams) performed by MY FIRST STORY × HYDE.
