The Season 21: Upheaval update may not be as big as the previous one that brought a new perk system, but it still has a lot to look forward to. Apex Legends season 21 update will be released on Tuesday, May 7th. The same has been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment, and you can expect the update to go live on your system at 10AM PT/1PM ET/ 6PM GMT on that day.

One of the highlights of Apex Legends: Upheaval is that it adds a new legend to the game named Alter. This particular legend has an intriguing backstory, and also some interesting abilities. Here’s the story trailer that paints a rather terrible picture of Alter:
It’ll be interesting to see how Alter will enter the arena and change the course of the Apex games. We’ll have more to talk about Alter once we’ve had a chance to play with this new legend a bit more, and we’ll do that only after we spend some time in the Solos mode that’s making a comeback this season.
That’s right, the Apex Legends season 21 update will also bring back the Solos mode as a takeover event, meaning players will have a limited time to drop into the game as a solo player in public matches.
Respawn Entertainment seems to have cooked a lot of other interesting changes for us this season, and we can’t to experience and give our thoughts on them.
