Crunchyroll has today revealed the nominees list for the Anime Awards 2024, and we are in for a treat. 2023 was the year of some of the biggest moments in anime, be it the Gojo vs Toji clash, Luffy using Gear 5 for the first time, or Eren’s journey coming to a close.
And well, it shows as Attack on Titan has bagged a total of 10 nominations, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 has received over 12 nominations, Vinland Saga and Bocchi the Rock are named across categories too.
This year, the nominee list has grown as Crunchyroll has introduced three new categories, including Best Slice of Life anime, Best Art Direction, and Best Cinematography. The new categories aim to celebrate more genres and artists that bring this art form to life.
